Five well-deserved stars!

Great read! I felt afraid of Dante at first, and I wasn't quite sure whether to allow myself to like him, much like the heroine, Lana. Because of this, I was able to accompany her on her journey and understand her conflicting feelings of fear and love. She earns herself some spankings that are red hot and spine-tingling. The action and adventure keep the pages turning, and I hope there's a sequel that takes place in the same fantastical world that was imagined for this book. I don't usually go for sci-fi, but I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Five stars!

I don't usually enjoy Sci if but I did enjoy this book. It had a plot, I loved the descriptions of the planet, the sex and spanking was hot. Would have given it 5 stars but the ending was abrupt. Another page would have done it for me

Amazing Adventure!!

I gotta say that A Gift for the King is an incredible adventure that left me wanting more! I could totally see this book becoming a movie! It's packed with action and adventure! An evil king, a wonderful guard 'dog', a human girl who changes everything... yea... total movie worthy story!
Now, I gotta mention that there is spanking in this story and the author did a wonderful job of portraying the different levels of spanking and boy did the pages sizzle. I must admit I have mixed feelings for Dante but he is one hot sexy evil king! I loved this story and I can't wait to see what else the author has in store for us!
